DP: All I ever wanted...WIP

Yeah...didn't get the comic done in time.

Still working on it, but I thought I should at least upload some of the panels, sketches, roughs etc for it.

I don't know *WHAT* I was thinking with 'young Maddie's' hair. @.@;;

Although you can't tell in the sketches here, Danny's age kept changing from 10-18 (or older. @.@) while I was drawing the sketches.
Young Vlad & old Vlad came out sexy. (His nose is a pain to draw though.) There are a lot more sketches than these, but I'm only posting the cool ones. ~_^ (All the sketches with Dani...are weird..and I need to fix..)

Script for comic: (in case you're curious, spoken from Vlad's perspective.)

All I ever wanted was love...
But cruel fate denied me of my dreams.
So I created my own.
Then, perhaps, fate sought to correct the error of its ways, a chance of redemption, a son.

However, like any normal child, he has proven difficult, insistent on continuing on his own, ignorant of my knowledge and experience.
So, like any good parent, I haven't directly meddled, but rather guided his way through indirect means

Still, like fate had once done, he denied my help, he denied me.

So I created my own son, and indirectly a daughter...
And for a time, it looked as though I had created my own redemption like I had paved the way to my own success.
Giving love in return.
Having a family.
But fate has never wanted me to be happy.

I was betrayed by my 'children'....and lost everything I had gained...and more.
I AM NOT A VILLIAN!
All I ever wanted....was love.

Soo yeah, comments appreciated. I'm *REALLY* sad (feel horribly guilty) I didn't get this done in time for Neoyi's contest -_-;;, but...
1. That's what I get for biting off more than I can chew ie: ooo! I'm going to do a comic entry!'
2. The whole point of entering the contest was to push myself to do more artwork and have a limit.
